Busan - The second largest Metropolitan city after the capital

Under the program of GPIK, teachers will be placed in the Gyeonggi
Provice surrounding areas of the vibrant capital of the city and under
SOME teachers will be placed in Seoul which is the major political,
cultural, commercial, financial, and educational hub of South Korea.
Seoul also offers many of South Korea’s major tourist attractions. With
a population of over one crore, Seoul is South Korea’s largest city and
one of the largest in the world by population. Seoul is located on the
Han River in the country’s northwest; the modern Seoul descends from a
city called Hanyang where one will marvel at the extravagant contrast
between the age old richly-mellowed architecture and the striking
skyscraper skyline of modern Korea.
